There are no single flue standards for the corrugated boxes. You can select the flute standards as per the size and requirements of the custom boxes. The paperweights that form the market of the corrugated boxes involves the use of following paper sizes for flute making.

The range starts from 90GSM WBF and keeps up to 105 GSM WBF, 112 SC and WBF, 150 SC and WBF and the last range in this context are 175 SC and F.

  • A flute that ranges 5mm
  • B flute that ranges 3mm
  • C flute that ranges 4mm
  • D flute that ranges 1.5mm
  • D flute that ranges 2mm
  • BC flute that ranges TO 6mm with the double wall as well as with the combination of B and C flutes.
  • EB flute that ranges 4.5mm with the double wall as well as with the combination of E and B flutes.
